I was reflecting on the purpose driven MassChallenge Switzerland(MC) incubator and its impact for my first support year to evaluate, select start-ups and follow up during the program 2023 (10 months). First, the purpose to increase impact on sustainability to the society by supporting creative entrepreneurs is inspiring. Second, MC has been able to design a process to drive the selection by building an international ecosystem of investors, entrepreneurs, judges, experts, mentors and coaches ang give back to new start-ups. And finally, to propose a supporting boot camp program providing access for the selected start-ups to a know how that it will have been difficult for them to acquire and avoid some pitfalls through their hard journey at critical early development stage. Finally, the results also were to support start-ups with successful fundraisings and networking to push the boundaries for their impact on society. We need more of people like that with problems solving mindset and the courage to look at things differently.
