  • A Milestone for Mental Health at Work 🚀. What a way to start the new year!! We are inspired by the incredible progress being made to prioritize mental health in the workplace. Thanks to Headspace and Nasdaq – both proud members of the One Mind at Work network – for inviting us to join the ringing of Nasdaq's opening bell earlier this week. Just a few years ago, conversations about workplace wellness rarely centered on mental health. Today, organizations are boldly leading the charge by opening critical conversations and promoting meaningful practices for mental well-being. Congratulations to both organizations for championing this important work and creating space for reflection, mindfulness, and growth. Your leadership is a testament to how far we’ve come – and a reminder of what’s possible when mental health is prioritized. #MentalHealthAtWork #Leadership #Mindfulness #WorkplaceWellness One Mind

We were thrilled to partner with The Mental Health Coalition to host “Wellbeing at Work” earlier this week, a dynamic event that brought together 200+ attendees in New York City. Kathleen M. Pike, CEO of One Mind, led a powerful panel discussion featuring Beth Wiesendanger (she/her/hers) Wiesendanger, Kati Morton, LMFT, Rawle Andrews Jr., Esq., and Rachel (Duncan) Ochinegro. Together, they explored how leaders and organizations can shape workplace cultures where mental health is not just supported but celebrated. 💼💡 The conversation highlighted actionable strategies to foster connection, resilience, and inclusivity: 💡 Leadership Vulnerability: When leaders openly share their experiences with mental health, it creates a ripple effect—breaking down stigma, building empathy, and encouraging open conversations. 💡 Building Community: Inclusive initiatives, such as small group storytelling and connection-driven programs, help individuals feel seen and supported, fostering a thriving workplace culture. 💡 Proactive Education: Offering regular training on stress management, resilience, and burnout normalizes mental health discussions and equips employees with tools for success. 💡 The Business Case for Mental Health: Companies that prioritize mental well-being experience improved morale, reduced absenteeism, and better retention. Supporting mental health isn’t just good for employees—it’s good for business. This session reinforced a critical message: Mental health at work is essential, not optional. By fostering environments where well-being takes center stage, we can create workplaces that empower individuals and drive success. #MentalHealth #WorkplaceWellness #LeadershipMatters #EmployeeWellbeing #FutureOfWork #CommunityConnection
