OSD On Site 🚧 ❄️A winter morning at The Shepherd Art Park in Detroit. Our recent visit allowed us to take in the beauty of the project's first winter, animated by brick and redtwig dogwoods. This color palette offers visual vitality as the city hibernates during the winter. In a few short months, these spaces will be filled again with arts, events, and multi-faceted programming. This project is all about bringing art and culture to the heart of Detroit, and we’re happy to see it serve as a central hub for artists, innovators, and dreamers alike. One Journal Square is a residential project in Jersey City with an amenity rooftop space overlooking Manhattan and Jersey City. The amenity spaces bring much needed community gathering into this dense urban environment, and offer pools, bbq's, firepits, and spectacular vistas. We are privileged to share that our Master Plan for Stanton Yards -10 acres of waterfront community space - is a Winner in the Urban Design & Master Plan category 🏆🌟 in this year's The Architect's Newspaper 2024 Best of Design Awards. Situated on the edge of the Detroit River, Stanton Yards transforms a formerly industrial waterfront into a rich network of social and ecological destinations themed on art, education, boating, and community. The masterplan introduces a series of cultural 'neighborhoods' that are placed in contrast with an ecological 'dunescape', evocative of Michigan's regional landscape. In this way, visitors are guided from city to river's edge, along a 1/2 mile promenade of discovery and diverse experience. The masterplan is part of a collaboration with SO – IL, who are leading the transformation of several adaptively reused buildings on site. Instead of starting anew and wiping the site clean, the plan is an exercise in strategic intervention that embraces post-industrial materials of the site while re-forming them into a human-centric and community based destination. An AWSOM reality. This 154,000 square feet medical facility will be ready to welcome our first class of 48 students in July 2025. The School of Medicine building will foster a culture of student well-being, empowering future physicians to care for their patients and themselves. It features four stories and will include learning halls, a public gallery, library, clinical teaching spaces, administrative offices, a student lounge, covered bicycle parking, and recreation and wellness areas. Designed by Polk Stanley Wilcox with rooftop park and landscape design by NYC-based design studio OSD, the building is scheduled for completion in summer 2025 by Crossland Construction Company, Inc. #MedicalEducation #NorthwestArkansas #BentonvilleAR

We seek a person who: Has marketing experience from a similar position, ideally within the Architecture/Constructing industry Is expert in MS Office; Adobe CS (especially InDesign); experience with CMS is a plus Fluent in English Has excellent communication, management, and organizational skills Curiosity, and an ambitious spirit Can effectively juggle multiple tasks under tight deadlines and ability to work independently Has an interest and knowledge of design Primary areas of responsibility Produce proposals in response to RFPs & RFQs Manage the creation and layout of all graphic aspects of proposals, qualifications, and marketing presentations.
