The Sun Communities office renovation seamlessly merges hospitality and workplace elements, featuring flexible, collaborative community spaces. Inspired by National Parks, the design incorporates biophilic accent walls, decorative ceilings, custom lighting, and furniture selections that complement the theme, creating a unique and inviting atmosphere.

RECAP / We are excited to share a glimpse of the ongoing renovations and additions at Brea Mall in California this past year. The transformation includes four new buildings featuring parking, retail, restaurants, and a welcoming plaza that will elevate the visitor experience. The curvilinear mid-century modern design incorporates a California twist, blending a light color palette, nature-inspired patterns, stucco, brick masonry, and metal details to create a connection with the surroundings. ✨ 119,000 SF streetscape showcasing world-class brands and unique dining options. 🎶 Community plaza for events, concerts, and attractions 🌳 Pocket park linking the plaza to residential spaces and parking 🍴 Coming soon / Pacific Catch Westcoast Fish House, Din Tai Fung, Philz Coffee, The Melt, North Italia, Zara, and Dick’s Sporting Goods We’re looking forward to see further progress at Brea Mall as we work toward creating a vibrant destination that celebrates art, community, and the user experience. First up in our year-end recap is The Apex in West Bloomfield. This 368,000-square-foot, 5-story development showcases the best of collaboration and design. From construction phases to the grand opening, we are proud to have worked with the talented project teams that brought this remarkable development to life. Residents are welcomed by a 10-foot stainless steel sculpture at the grand entrance and inside, curated art throughout. Every detail has been crafted to elevate the experience, from coworking offices, club rooms, and fitness spaces to an outdoor amenity deck featuring a plunge pool, spa, grilling stations, and lounge areas.
