As a youth plaintiff in Reynolds v. Florida Public Service Commission, Julie T. is holding the PSC accountable for locking the state into fossil fuel dependence for decades, exacerbating the climate crisis and violating her constitutional rights to life. The PSC is the state’s only agency responsible for long-range energy planning and regulation and its actions are endangering the lives of young Floridians like Julie.
