    Although it was one of the last in the region to legalize same-sex relations, did you know Chile today boasts some of the most pro-LGBTQ+ legislation on the continent? As Chile continues to advance LGBTQ+ rights, workplace inclusion remains critical. In a new report Out & Equal, in collaboration with Factor Diverso, proudly present Chile NO Sabe 2024 – a landmark study on LGBTQ+ workplace experiences in Chile. By implementing the recommendations in this report, companies can enhance organizational performance, drive innovation, and create truly inclusive workplaces where all employees can thrive.   • On Transgender Day of Remembrance, we acknowledge and remember the lives of transgender individuals who have been tragically lost due to violence and discrimination.    And while we mourn those who are no longer with us, we must also recognize the strength and resilience of the transgender community, which in the face of immense adversity and danger, continues to be on the front lines of advancing equality for all. This day is a poignant reminder that we all play a role in building a future where every individual, regardless of gender identity, can live freely without fear and thrive. #TransgenderDayofRemembrance

From being on the front lines of the fight for equality to leaving indelible marks on our workplaces, culture, and society at large, this community has always shaped who we are in both big and small ways. To those who are transgender, we know things haven't been easy and that there is anxiety, uncertainty, and fear about the future. You have always showed up for us so please know that we stand with you. We'll never stop elevating and telling your stories.     A Post-Election Message from Our CEO Erin Uritus "Today, many people-including the LGBTQ+ community-are feeling scared, angry, and unsure of the future. It's completely understandable because leading up to this election there was so much division, anti-LGBTQ+ rhetoric, and waves of anti-LGBTQ+ legislative efforts. But our story doesn't stop here. Because our movement for full inclusion and belonging was forged in the most adverse of circumstances-when our love, our families, and our ability to work authentically and free of discrimination were not equal under the law. Adversity has always been the spark but the fuel for change is our own innovation, determination, and the boldness to imagine-and realize-a future that is more inclusive and more reflective of the world we know everyone deserves. It's in our name. Nearly 30 years ago, we proudly declared that no one should have to choose between being out and equal in one of the most important places we spend our lives, at work. It was a radical idea but through our hundreds of business partnerships, our global work to convene thousands of allies and community members, and our strategic approach to tying belonging to business results, we have made this once radical idea, a reality for many. We have been tested before and emerged stronger, and we will do it again. So let's take a moment to take it all in, and then together with allies spanning the seasoned C-suite leader to the individual employee just starting their career, let's turn back to this vital work and keep pushing forward."
