✨ Bryan McCleary, a 20 yr P&G Communications veteran, is a key board member of the P&G Alumni Foundation, particularly on the fundraising front.   He recently conceived and co-led a highly successful fundraiser in Cincinnati, which raised $300,000!!! 💥 👏🏼 . He is working with P&G Alum board members globally to reapply the playbook from the event to other geographies.  He also is leading a new initiative partnering with wealth management firms to advocate for the Foundation among their P&G clients. Bryan has two wealth management events benefiting our Foundation in 2025, including a fireside chat with ex-P&G CEO David Taylor in the Fall.  He is also helping prepare for a major Foundation event at the June 2025 P&G Alumni Global Conference in Berlin.  (link to conference event page 👉🏼 https://lnkd.in/dv6YUv9q) Bryan began his career as Press Secretary to U.S. Senator John Glenn.  He continued this path after P&G as a fellow at the Carter Center, helping the Center's CEO develop a refreshed narrative and new ways of telling the Center's story.  He remains active as a volunteer helping local Democratic politicians in Cincinnati, is an investor and member of the Queen City Angels, and has a successful communications practice with local and national clients.  We can't thank Bryan enough for everything he does for our Foundation. P&G China Alumni Achieve Historic Milestones in Giving 🎉 The P&G ALUMNI FOUNDATION continues making a global impact 🌍, with China reaching significant milestones in 2024. At their November conference in Shanghai 🇨🇳, alumni celebrated the Guangzhou ZYL Rare Disease Center becoming the first Chinese project to win a Global Grant 🏆, selected from 63 entries worldwide in 2024! This achievement caps an extraordinary year of progress. Two China-based projects submitted grant applications 📑, showcasing the Foundation’s growing relevance in the region 🌱. Additionally, 11 Chinese alumni contributed to the Foundation for the first time, taking advantage of David Taylor’s matching campaign 💪. Thanks to the partnership with Give2Asia 🧑🤝🧑, a fully accredited non-profit in China, alumni-led initiatives are receiving seamless support. With a Chinese New Year donation event on the horizon and more projects in the pipeline 🚀, alumni are rallying behind the Foundation’s mission to empower communities both locally and globally. ✨ Exciting developments from the P&G Alumni China Chapter! 🇨🇳 We wish to spotlight and extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Chinese P&G Alumni Chapter and to Xiaofei Tang and her amazing team of alums Sylvia Cai, Annette Lu, Jamie Tan and Arthur Bi, all dedicated to driving awareness among the many Alums in China and supporting the P&G Alumni Foundation. The China Chapter are increasing their fundraising drive with their recent Annual Conference and an upcoming Donation Dinner, with a view to meeting the generous $200,000 match by alums Chip Bergh and Juliet Bergh. With Juliet being Chinese and Chip's connection with the region, this project has special meaning within the China Chapter, as well as many of the alums remembering having worked with Juliet.
