G4MF Central, LLC, owned by Jayesh Jain and professionally managed by Price Edwards Management , is leading the way in housing innovation with a $732,000 Affordable Housing Trust Fund (AHTF) loan awarded in March 2024. This transformative project converted the former Extended Stay America Motel at 3414 S. 79th E. Ave into 92 affordable studio and one-bedroom apartment units, meeting a vital community need.

PartnerTulsa manages 12 Tax Increment Finance (TIF) Districts across the city, driving growth and creating opportunities for businesses and residents alike. A TIF is a strategic tool that uses future property tax revenue from new developments to fund improvements and business expansion today. Last night, PartnerTulsa proudly honored community advocate Jane Malone for her visionary leadership and lasting impact on the Chamberlain Neighborhood and across North Tulsa. The evening featured the premiere of a moving short film, produced by Porch Space, celebrating Jane's dedication through heartfelt stories from residents and community leaders. A custom portrait, produced by artist Adam Carnes, was also unveiled to commemorate her remarkable contributions. This celebration is part of PartnerTulsa’s Community Impact Initiative, a partnership with George Kaiser Family Foundation, empowering Tulsa neighborhoods through community-led projects that highlight their unique history and culture. PartnerTulsa CEO Garry Clark and SVP of Economic and Workforce Development Michelle Barnett recently met with Evan Brown, Executive Director of EDGE under the Oklahoma Department of Commerce. During the discussion, PartnerTulsa shared its strategic goals to enhance business retention and expansion efforts, attract new opportunities and forge strong partnerships with key state resource partners to further the growth of Tulsa. PartnerTulsa is excited to announce the addition of two new team members and several well-deserved staff promotions. These strategic changes reinforce our commitment to serving Tulsa and driving impactful growth across the city. We are excited to welcome Vickie Jordan as Senior Vice President of Housing and Finance and Karyn Weitl as Real Estate and Acquisition Manager. Both bring invaluable expertise and will play key roles in advancing PartnerTulsa’s initiatives in housing and real estate development.
