🚨 Cloudcroft Outage Alert 🚨 Unfortunately, heavy snowfall caused a tree to fall and damaged a couple of spans of cable lines, temporarily disrupting service in Cloudcroft. Our dedicated team and OCEC are bundled up and working hard to get everything back online ASAP. OCEC will have to complete pole replacements before we can start restoration, but we are monitoring the situation and working diligently to restore services. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

A huge THANK YOU to Otero County Electric Cooperative for partnering with us this year and to Hondo Senior Center for hosting us for our final annual 2024 Coop Month Event yesterday! 🎉 💙 We were excited to share our day in Hondo, where we taught members essential internet safety tips and updated them on our fiber expansion projects! 💻 Internet safety and digital equity are crucial for us & our customers, and engaging in diverse discussions during Coop Month was fantastic.

It’s important to have a strong password to protect yourself from cybercriminals. It’s a good practice to use phrases as passwords, and to mix in different symbols and numbers as well.
