How do we do it? #1 𝐚𝐧𝐝 #2 - 𝐏𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 We have the best Glassdoor rating in the BPO industry; I'd put our culture up against any company in the world. As a result, we get the best agents.
