JOB HIGHLIGHT - SEASONAL FOSTER PROGRAM ASSISTANT The past 2 years, PHS/SPCA averaged around 933 shelter animals placed in foster homes! It's been proven that shelter animals in foster homes are more successful when adopted in their forever homes. The Seasonal Foster Program Assistant will immediately be making an impact in the lives of our shelter animals by ensuring animals are ready for foster with preventative care and vaccinations, and providing the foster parents with the supplies needed to care for the animals.
