For more than a decade, Pivot Energy has been recognizing employees who exemplify our company values through the Sun God Award, presented at our monthly company meetings. Anyone at the company can make a nomination through our online suggestion box, sharing how the nominee has leaned into our company values of Impact, Balance, Determination, Professionalism, Honesty, and Kindness. Each month, a Sun God/Goddess is chosen and presented with a statue of Ra, the Egyptian Sun God. This statue adorns their desk for the month before being passed on to the next month’s Sun God. In December, our Sun Goddess was Katie Dwyer! As one of her many nominations summarized it: "Katie is so kind and professional, making her an absolute delight to work with and watch blaze new trails between teams at Pivot.
