We have a vacancy for the position of Operations Analyst to join our team in the Itajaí-SC, Brazil office. Purpose of the position We are looking for a dedicated operations analyst to support our air and sea departments. The successful candidate will facilitate logistics operations for air and sea freight shipments. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and excellent communication skills in a fast-paced shipping environment. Essential duties and responsibilities - Assist in coordinating air and ocean freight shipments, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies; - Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and customs declarations for both air and ocean shipments; - Monitor and track shipments, communicating updates to clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery; - Collaborate with carriers, customs brokers, and vendors to resolve any shipment issues or delays; - Support the daily operations of the air and ocean departments, providing back-up coverage during team members’ vacations or absences; - Update and maintain freight management systems with accurate shipment information and billing details; - Assist in optimizing operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs; - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly; - Conduct administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting, and filing as required. Qualifications - Advanced English (reading, writing and conversation); - Must be Enthusiastic, Ambitious, Self-Motivated & Looking To Develop & Progress; - Experience in a customer service environment; - Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred); - Previous experience in freight forwarding or logistics, particularly in air and ocean freight, is highly desirable; - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; - Excellent verbal and written communication skills; - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with freight management software (e.g., CargoWise, Magaya, ShipManager); - Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and manage competing priorities; - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in verbal and written form; What We Offer - Competitive salary; - Opportunities for career advancement and professional development; - A collaborative and inclusive work environment.
