Elevating orthopedic surgeons to measure, plan and guide using only a mixed reality headset.

About us

We are guided by the belief that all the computing power in the world is useless unless it empowers its users, we envision a future where technology provides every surgeon with the precise insights and vision they need to eliminate unforeseeable variances during surgery for improved patient outcomes. We believe that technology should enhance the skills that a surgeon is gifted with. Through advanced spatial computing, we focus on solutions that hone and sharpen the tools of the profession to give surgeons an edge in their practice and the marketplace. Transcending surgical robotics and traditional augmented reality, the result is an experience that feels incredibly advanced, yet reassuringly second nature. Brilliantly Simple.

As we gear up for #LSIUSA25 we’re showcasing the innovators from around the globe who are selected to present in Dana Point, California. Today we’re showcasing: 1. Paul M.PolarisAR Inc. → Pioneering a new era in surgery using mixed reality technology. The company is delivering what total joint robotic systems do in a mixed reality format. The company recently received FDA clearance for its first product, Stellar Knee, to measure, plan, and guide a total knee arthroplasty procedure dynamically in real time. 2. Junehong Kim — Tau Medical Inc. → Advancing minimally invasive technologies to treat structural heart diseases, including tricuspid and mitral regurgitation, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, and arrhythmia. Its flagship product, the Pivot Bridge, is a novel cardiac implant designed to temporarily manage tricuspid regurgitation (TR) through a reversible, minimally invasive procedure before valve repair or replacement. 3. Stefano PasquinoTresquare Technologies → Developing an innovative device for the resection and removal of stenotic valve leaflets in the aorta. This transcatheter device allows for precise mechanical resection of degenerated leaflets in aortic bioprostheses during TAVI-in-Valve procedures. It aims to resolve issues of coronary obstruction, stabilize hemodynamic parameters by preserving the effective orifice area, and increase the durability of the newly implanted bioprosthesis (TAVI). We look forward to seeing these innovators take the stage March 17th - 21st in Dana Point. Want to see what other innovators are presenting at LSI USA ‘25? Head over to our website to see the 200+ innovators selected to present. Interested in presenting at the event? Apply to present on our website today while space is still available.
