Every milestone in preventing Malaria within the Unitaid-funded Plus Project, improving contraceptive prevalence within the KfW-funded PASSR II program and Integrating HPV vaccination with other adolescent health services in health facilities and communities within the Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance-funded project. 𝗔 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗲𝗿𝘀 Countless human stories are been written, lives are being changed and communities are becoming healthier than before thanks to the relentless efforts of community health workers. "PSI Cameroon- Population Services International works with community health workers and local stakeholders, who are the backbone of the health system..." stipulated DANIEL CHRISTIAN KOKO (HE/ HIS/ HIM), the Country Representative, at the awards ceremony for the best operational community health actors in the Plus project, held on 𝙉𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙚𝙧 𝟮𝟴, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰. About 91 persons, including community health workers, health facilities, health providers and civil society organisation, received awards for their dedication and unwavering passion for the well-being of others, in order to build malaria-free communities.
