Community kindness in action ✨ We’re incredibly grateful to the Sevenoaks Lions Club for their generosity in donating 20 Tesco vouchers worth £20 each to help support our clients in the Sevenoaks area. And a heartfelt shoutout to Snodland Primary School for their inspiring messages of hope, written during an activity day at Larkfield Leisure Centre (tmactive). Messages like "I promise someone is always with you" and "We are thinking about you. No matter what, remember you are important" remind our clients that they are not alone and their worth is valued. 💜

Christmas is a time for family and togetherness. The only together you've got is with your sleeping bag, looking for a doorway to crash in." Garry knows how it feels to be homeless at Christmas. This year, he gets to celebrate in a home of his own. Imagine waking up on Christmas Day knowing that you're the reason someone who's homeless feels safe and warm. Your donation could bring someone like Garry in from the cold. porchlight.org.uk/donate

"Being homeless at Christmas is tough. You see people laughing and joking. It reinforces that feeling of being alone and invisible." You can help more people like Mossy into the warm this Christmas. porchlight.org.uk/donate

A huge thank you to Debbie and her daughter Eden for their festive fundraising efforts! 🌟 Eight-year-old Eden has raised an amazing £100 for Porchlight by making and selling eco-friendly reindeer food. 🦌 ✨ Together with the help of her Nanna and Mum, Eden spent a year saving jars, then carefully filling them with oats, edible glitter, and a chocolate coin on top, complete with homemade labels. What a creative and thoughtful way to spread holiday cheer! The support of communities like yours makes a real difference to people facing homelessness and poverty. Thank you for reminding us of the magic we can create when we come together.

People tell us Christmas is the loneliest time to be homeless. You feel invisible while crowds of shoppers prepare to celebrate. "Something happens to your soul each year. It shreds a little bit more." Make this someone's last Christmas on the streets. porchlight.org.uk/donate
