Was really exciting to have the opportunity to discuss Snap Group and also the recent announcements and initiatives in the NZ science and technology space in New Zealand! My son Yoshia (who is an up and coming photographer) took the pictures and enjoyed having the afternoon off school to meet the Prime Minister!

The construction team at 55 Bridge Street had a well-earned break over summer, during which time, we temporarily opened up the roadway connecting Trafalgar Street to Wakatu Square. Now that the team is back in action, we have closed the road again for safety as we move towards completion. The building is shaping up beautifully. We are thrilled with the progress and can’t wait to welcome our new tenants in just a few months, right on schedule! Big thanks to SnapCore for teaming up with us to capture this awesome time-lapse.

Building visual AI is a complex process that relies on great data.
