We were recently recognized by the NAIOP New Mexico Chapter at its Awards of Excellence event in the residential category for our master-planned community Aspire, a top performing neighborhood featuring landscaped parks, gardens, and social gathering areas with designs that complement the surrounding desert. We partnered with national home builder D.R. Horton to develop 506 lots within this gated community. Basalt blasting is wrapping up on one of Albuquerque's first-ever Build-to-Rent projects with our partners LaTerra Development. Bedrock at the Trails, a 37-acre site, will feature 202 townhomes and 142 single-family detached homes split between two communities, Daybreak at the Trails and Encore at the Trails. Homes will range from 1,290 to 2,130 square feet. Thanks you Salls Brothers Construction for overseeing the safe blasting. #NMLandDevelopment

Public-private partnerships are vital to development in New Mexico. At Esencia in #SantaFe, we're focused on several offsite improvements including investing more than $2 million in the planning, engineering and completion of the much-needed Avenida del Sur roadway located on the north side of the development. “Santa Fe County is committed to sustainable growth in our designated growth areas. The Avenida del Sur expansion will increase connectivity and maintain adequate levels of service for the Esencia development and beyond. Our collaboration with Esencia Holdings, memorialized in a cost-share agreement, helps ensure that construction and development timelines are coordinated, and public and private resources are leveraged. The result being that much needed market rate and affordable housing will come online more quickly,” County Manager Gregory S. Shaffer said. https://lnkd.in/e_xjcSXc
