Bringing AI to historically creative industries requires balancing SOTA technology with the artistry and human touch these fields are known for, as well as a certain kind of right brain-left brain balance. Reflecting on PSYKHE AI's event at PUBLIC in NY last week, co-hosted with Carmen Busquets, the evening felt like this balance was brought to life, and personified among the guests. The enthusiasm from everyone who attended reaffirmed that we’re on the right path in shaping the future of AI personalization in retail.
