OpenAI was registered as a nonprofit in California in 2015, with the purpose of doing artificial intelligence (AI) research. Since then, the operation has been through a series of twists and turns that make it seem to be controlled by for-profit interests rather than its nonprofit purpose.

Remind us why the same people who give the Pentagon $886,000,000,000 are allowed to hold stock in the companies that directly profit off of the military budget? Congress should not be allowed to invest in defense contractors. Rep. Tlaib’s bill would stop this war profiteering.

Americans shouldn’t have to pay to file their taxes. Select taxpayers will now have the opportunity to use Direct File, a free and simplified tax filing tool launched by the IRS this year.

Let’s get one thing straight: Biden rolling back on EVs would be a monumental failure. Full Stop.
