“I’ve had PAH since 2011. I let my light shine by offering peer support to the PH community as a support line volunteer. I became a volunteer because I love being able to support others in the community,” says Cathy Chapin. “When I share my experience with others with PH, some of the advice I give them is to take each day as it comes. Let yourself have bad days but try not to stay there too long. Also, ask for help. That’s the hardest thing I’ve had to learn. Listen to your body. If you’re tired, rest. And reach out to the support line. We are living with PH and can help with personal experiences.” Learn how other members of the PH community let their light shine. https://ow.ly/jxAQ50Ufozn #PHAwarenessMonth #LetYourLightShine
