About us

The Alliance for Pulmonary Hypertension is a patient-led and volunteer driven organisation that promotes the exchange of knowledge and expertise across the pulmonary hypertension community. It is registered in Brussels (Belgium) as an international non-profit organisation (IVWZ). The Founding Members are HTAP Belgique, Pulmonale Hypertensie vzw, HTaPFrance, ph e.v. Germany, the Hellenic Community for Pulmonary Hypertension, PHA Latvia and PHA Polska. Current membership includes the Turkish pulmonary hypertension association, PAHSSc, Stichting Pulmonale Hypertensie, Netherlands, and the Italian Pulmonary Hypertension Association, AIPI – Associazione Ipertensione Polmonare Italiana OdV. PHA Japan is an associate member. The Alliance for Pulmonary Hypertension's flagship project is the Knowledge Sharing Platform, launched on May 5 2023, which is a centralised repository of over 500 expertly curated resources, and includes sections with up-to-date news specifically tailored to the pulmonary hypertension community.
