We’re looking for a couple of outstanding people who would like to join our AMAZING Radical Candor team and help us bring our leadership philosophy to organizations around the world. As a full-time Radical Candor coach and facilitator, you will be responsible for delivering workshops, talks, and keynotes to various customers throughout the year as well as helping us refine existing content and develop new training over time. We are looking for high-energy, collaborative team-players who have at least 10+ years of operational leadership experience. Ideal candidates will have had multiple roles leading medium to large-sized teams (including managing other managers) in companies with a reputation for excellence in management or leadership. Praise is a powerful tool, not just for making someone feel good, but for showing them - and the whole team - what to do more of. When you see great work or collaboration, say so. The key is to be specific and sincere: - Specific praise helps people know exactly what was good and challenges them to build on it. = Sincere praise strengthens relationships by showing you genuinely care.
