This past weekend the Museum of Discovery in Little Rock, Arkansas opened two new exhibits: Curiosity Spot & Small Fry Fish Camp! Designed by Hands On! Studio to introduce STEAM education to young learners through self-led play, we had so much fun prototyping, building, and testing these interactives and spaces.

One of the biggest highlights at IAAPA 2024 last week was the turnout and support of women in the industry. From the casual chats about championing our efforts, to the Women of the Industry night and Women in the Industry lunch led by Heather Barnes, so many great conversations were shared and new friendships formed with some badass women! Here’s to our future advancing change and making the world a better place. This year's IAAPA was a hub of groundbreaking ideas, behind the scenes tours, and an amazing opportunity to reconnect with clients, partners, and friends. It continues to be one of our favorite shows every year, and we look forward to see you all next year!

Where to begin…? Despite my aching legs and tired eyes from staying in motion for days on end at the IAAPA Expo, I’m energized. We (Ravenswood Studio, Inc. team) had the opportunity to attend several FUN events and industry gatherings. 🎄🌟 The holiday season has officially begun at Griffin MSI! Last weekend, we lit up our dazzling four-story Grand Tree to kick off Christmas Around the World and Holidays of Light. We were honored to host some amazing guests, including Congresswoman Robin Kelly, Moana 2 actor Hualālai Chung, producer Christina Chen, America’s Got Talent star Liv Warfield—and even Santa stopped by to join the fun! 🎅🏾 Thank you to everyone who joined us, and we hope to see you throughout the holiday season to honor the diverse celebrations that connect us all.

We’re thrilled to share that our work with Blue Rhino Design and NORTH COUNTRY CHILDRENS MUSEUM has reached 93% of the fundraising goal! Mary gave an incredible presentation about what it takes to build a museum and design an exhibit at the North Country Children’s Museum fundraising gala, detailing how the story of Potsdam is woven into the design and fabrication of this 2nd floor expansion project.
