Sustainable CT Community Match Fund Spotlight: Real Food CT (RFCT) is a nonprofit based in southwest Connecticut. With their food hub, gleaning, local food sourcing operations, and trained team of Young Farmer interns, RFCT works to distribute fresh, healthy food through collaborating with local farmers to supply community organizations and emergency food programs. RFCT creates hands-on experience to aspiring farmers, food entrepreneurs, and future generations of food systems change makers.
