    #AI is here! recently I got opportunity to check how AI in #recruiting work thanks to Reppls ! Just a couple words how it worked under the hood 😉 When candidate's #CV uploaded, system create questions based on gaps between CV and job requirements. So each candidate receive tailored questions. 😍 It was my first time having AI job #interview and to be honest, I believe such kind of interview can't replace recruiters totally.     I like testing new things, especially if these things promise to make my job easier and more pleasant, and I recently got the chance to experience something very promising: an AI-powered interview screening tool To truly gauge the effectiveness of this tool, I participated in two separate test interviews, each tailored to different job descriptions I found on LinkedIn. Here's a breakdown of the process: Prep Work: I provided the team with my CV and the job descriptions. This allowed the AI to personalize the interview questions based on both my qualifications and the specific role requirements. Scheduling: We scheduled two 30-minute interview sessions, both conducted via Zoom call. It was a voice-based interview with the AI, no video. The Interview: During each interview, the AI asked me a mix of professional questions and those related to salary expectations, relocation flexibility, and notice period. It then offered me the opportunity to ask questions and did its best to provide insightful answers. Post-Interview Feedback: After each interview, I received a comprehensive document with my evaluation. The AI assessed my performance against several key parameters outlined in the job description and offered notes on areas for improvement. The Verdict: Comfort, Challenge, and (Maybe Too Much?) Positivity Overall, the experience felt surprisingly comfortable compared to a traditional interview. No need to worry about making eye contact or small talk – the focus was purely on delivering strong answers. The questions themselves were challenging enough to make me think on my feet and showcase my experience through relevant examples. The evaluation document was clear and provided valuable feedback. However, it did feel a bit on the positive side – I suspect a human interviewer might have identified additional areas for improvement. Why This Matters: A Win-Win for Recruiters and Candidates? This AI tool has the potential to be a game-changer in the screening process. Here's why: For Employers: Gain deeper insights into a candidate's experience beyond the limitations of a CV. For Candidates: Showcase your skills and knowledge in a comfortable environment focused on answering the right questions. This particular service is still in beta, and the team is actively seeking participation from HR professionals.     На днях отримала цікавий досвід. Пройшла співбесіду з AI від Reppls в ролі кандидата. Рекрутеру взагалі корисно іноді побути по той бік барикад 😅. ⠀ Потрібно було надати Job description вакансії, яка мене цікавить та своє CV. Бесіда тривала біля 30 хвилин. Це був прескрін на відповідність мого досвіду та скілів до вимог вакансії. В кінці я отримала повний ріпорт, в якому було проаналізовано дані з CV та мої відповіді під час розмови. Мій результат склав 8.9 з 10-ти, оскільки не весь досвід, що був зазначений у вимогах у мене є. Загалом дуже сподобалось, як результат так і процес. ⠀ Ні, не було відчуття, що я спілкуюсь з автовідповідачем. AI-ка розмовляла максимально людяно, швидко реагувала на мої відповіді та запитання. Водночас, менше хвилювання, оскільки це все таки не жива людина. ⠀ Спілкувались англійською і в ріпорті була оцінка цього критерію також, бо згідно вимог, потрібен був гарний English. ⠀ Як на мене, це класне рішення, якщо наприклад 100+ аплікантів на вакансію і фізично немає можливості поспілкуватись з усіма. ⠀ Залишаю тут форму для колег рекрутерів, можливо хтось також хотів би потестити цей інструмент (безкоштовно): https://lnkd.in/ddkX9TNk ⠀ А ще була би дуже вдячна за коменти від пошукачів роботи з цього приводу.
