When introducing a new process in HubSpot, consider the following questions: - What metrics will you use to evaluate the performance of this new process? - Where will the necessary data be stored to answer these metrics? - How will this data be imported into HubSpot? - Once in HubSpot, how will the data be organized and managed? In my decade of experience at HubSpot, assisting customers with strategy implementation, I frequently observed that many users proceed with implementation without addressing these fundamental questions. This often leads to two significant challenges: - Data Integrity: Issues such as duplicated data across objects, missing data, or redundant information can create complexity and undermine accuracy. - Usability: Ineffective tracking mechanisms can be difficult for managers to interpret and offer little value to individual contributors.
