This holiday season, we’re reflecting on 🎁 the gift of access 🎁 because at reWerk, we believe that talent is equally distributed, but opportunities often are not. And access to the right tools can be the key that unlocks potential. Thanks to the generosity of our corporate partners and donors, we’ve been able to deliver thousands of laptops, monitors, high-quality tech equipment, and furniture to students, community organizations, and nonprofits working tirelessly to close the opportunity gap. These donations help empower individuals to pursue education, explore creativity, and build a better future. For some, a donated laptop isn’t just a device—it’s a classroom, a job application portal, or a gateway to a world of possibility. And that’s a gift that keeps giving. 🫶 As we celebrate the season of giving, we invite you to join us in creating a world where no one misses out on opportunities due to a lack of resources. Here’s how you can help: 1️⃣ Donate your excess equipment or make a financial contribution. 2️⃣ Partner with us to bring resources to communities in need. 3️⃣ Share this post to spread the word about the power of access. Let’s continue to turn unused tech into the gift of access and opportunity. Together, we’re making equity not just a goal, but a reality. ✨ #GiftOfAccess #ClosingTheDigitalDivide #reWerkImpact #TechForGood #EquityInAction

As we reflect this November, we’re overwhelmed with gratitude for the collective impact made possible by YOUR support. Since our launch in 2020, reWerk has supported organizations like SoLa Impact to uplift and empower communities. SoLa’s Tech and Entrepreneurship Summer Camp is a shining example, providing students from South LA access to animation, video game development, content creation, and more. With reWerk’s contributions of desks and other essential tech, these students are building skills that open doors to opportunity. 💻💡 This is the power of collaboration and generosity in action. Let’s keep building together. 👉 Give today at rewerk.org to help us continue bridging the digital divide or support SoLa’s incredible work directly. https://lnkd.in/gVSeVe3E #impact #community #students #techforgood #digitaldivide

It takes all of us to make an impact on closing the #digital divide. In our latest edition of the reWerk Impact Blog, we cover how corporations can play an important role in making a positive change. The digital divide – the gap between those with access to technology and the internet and those without – is more than an inconvenience; it’s a barrier to opportunity. But there is hope, and part of the solution lies with partnering across business and community lines to solve problems or the people that need it the most. https://lnkd.in/ggqRZXbB

🚀 Thanks to our amazing partners at Rheaply, we connected with LinkedIn, who generously donated high-quality furniture from their corporate offices. This furniture has been delivered to our community partners at Digital NEST for their new Stockton location! 🌟 At reWerk, we are passionate about contributing to a circular economy, ensuring that valuable resources are allocated to organizations that can put them to good use. This collaboration helps prevent landfill waste and supports the incredible work of Digital NEST. Digital NEST is doing remarkable work by creating sustainable and scalable technology learning centers for Latinx youth. They foster economic equality by teaching technical and soft skills, providing mentors, and broadening networks to help youth gain sustainable employment. Their efforts have sparked a nationwide dialogue as a model for closing the digital divide in under-resourced communities. Learn more about this exciting project and how we're working together to bridge the digital divide by reading our latest blog post. Let's keep pushing for a brighter, more equitable future for all! 🌍💪 🔗 Read more on our blog: https://lnkd.in/gj8csau5 #reWerk #DigitalNEST #CircularEconomy #CommunityImpact #TechForGood #DigitalDivide #Sustainability #LinkedInDonation #Empowerment

The All Peoples Community Center was founded with the goal of establishing a multi-ethnic, multi-racial community center during a time when segregation was still the norm. reWerk donated furniture to their service center, and we’re happy to play even a small part in supporting their important work. https://lnkd.in/g8JrBHcq
