Nicole brings a unique mix of experience as an award-winning journalist and a dynamic leader, having helped grow several organizations across both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors. At RLX, she’ll be setting the strategic direction for the brand, including marketing and communications, while also leading the launch of the Riverstone Foundation in early 2025. Outside of work, Nicole is married to her husband Josh, and together they have two teenagers, Kai and Ella.

Outside of work, Alan is a devoted husband and father of four, helps lead worship at his local church in Alpharetta GA, and enjoys golf and shooting sports.
