Security, confidence and sustainability: uniting our efforts for a happy future for women.

About us

Our mission is to unite our efforts for a brighter future for women. We aim to launch and support initiatives worldwide focused on addressing women's safety and security in physical, psychological, and economic aspects. Anna Rivina is a lawyer and human rights defender who founded Russia's largest NGO working with the problem of domestic violence, Nasiliu.net (No To Violence). After the beginning of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine on February 24th, Anna founded the international NGO Rivina Foundation to help women who were forced to leave for another country due to violence.

Violence against women and girls is one of the most widespread human rights violations globally. Migrant women, especially those with irregular migration status, are at an even higher risk of gender-based violence. Let’s take action to create a safer world for women. As part of the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence campaign by UN Women, I’m proud to support the Rivina Foundation. Founded by human rights advocate Anna Rivina, the foundation provides free psychological and legal support to Russian-speaking women in emigration facing violence. To help the foundation continue its vital work in 2025, I’m offering two consultations on topics like strategy development, company culture, crisis management, resource optimization, or maintaining long-term passion for work (each valued at €300) in exchange for donations. How to support: 1. Submit a request: https://lnkd.in/eErdD5WM 2. Receive a message from the foundation team. 3. Make a donation. 4. Arrange your consultation. The funds raised will go toward the work of crisis psychologists who provide counseling for women, legal professionals, and the foundation's team. If you share my belief that safety is the foundation of independence, you can also donate directly here: https://lnkd.in/eMWn3dU8 Let’s make a difference together. #16Days

16 days. That’s all it takes to change lives—and this year, I’m inviting you to join me in making a real difference. I'm participating and supporting Rivina Foundation — a global foundation founded by human rights advocate and lawyer Anna Rivina, which helps Russian-speaking women in emigration who are facing violence. Any woman—from Canada to Tanzania—can get free consultations from crisis psychologists and access legal guidance in her country. She can find out her rights and what kind of support she can receive from local police or activists. To support their 2025 efforts, I’m offering 3 personal consultations —each worth $500. We can discuss topics from refining your product to crafting a winning strategy to secure millions in funding. This is a rare opportunity to access my knowledge and experience—I almost never offer consultations for sale! Here's how you can do it: 1. Fill out a quick request form by December 15 (attached in the first comment) 2. Wait for a message from the Rivina team 3. Make your donation 4. Get my contact info and we'll set up the consultation Your donation will fund crisis psychologists, legal experts, and Rivina's dedicated team to keep helping vulnerable women. Let’s face it: poverty and financial struggles are strongly linked to violence against women, putting them at higher risk. At the same time, experiencing violence can lead to poverty, as women may face costs like medical bills or lose income. Helping women gain financial independence—through things like owning land or having good jobs—can protect them from abuse. Combining this with efforts to promote fair treatment and equal rights for women and girls can create lasting positive changes and reduce gender-based violence. Together, we can make a real difference. Who’s with me? 🌟

Take action today to support women in crisis! UN Women I’m offering two individual consultations for aspiring entrepreneurs and founders, priced at $800 each, with all proceeds going to the Rivina Foundation, which supports women facing violence in emigration. Read and sign up below💡 -----  When I moved abroad, I was SHOCKED to discover the countless stories of women facing abuse in emigration. Many women follow their partners to a new country, only to find themselves without a work permit, completely financially dependent, isolated due to a lack of social connections, and utterly helpless—devoid of the resources needed to seek legal or emotional support. I am proud to join the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence, an annual international campaign launched by UN Women. What can we do to make a difference? Join me in supporting the Rivina Foundation, a global organization founded by human rights advocate and lawyer Anna Rivina, which helps Russian-speaking women in emigration who are experiencing violence. This foundation ensures that women—no matter where they are, from Canada to Tanzania—can access free consultations with crisis psychologists and receive legal guidance specific to their country. Women can learn about their rights and what support they can seek from local authorities, police, or activists. This year, I’m helping Rivina Foundation raise funds to continue its crucial work in 2025. To contribute, I’m offering two individual consultations for aspiring entrepreneurs and founders, priced at $800 each, with all proceeds going directly to the foundation: 💡 Whether you need feedback on your pitch deck, advice on navigating the fundraising process in and outside of the Silicon Valley, guidance on MBA applications to start up your entrepreneurial journey, or strategies for building a superstar team—ask me anything, and let’s make an impact together: — submit a request here by December 10: https://lnkd.in/gSv6sPGZ — receive a message from the foundation team — make a donation — get my contact info to arrange the consultation The funds raised will go toward the work of crisis psychologists who provide counseling for women, legal professionals, and the foundation's team. I believe that economic well-being and financial independence are impossible for women without psychological and physical security. If you want to support women in emigration, just like I do, you can also make a donation via this link: https://lnkd.in/geN-UgdE #16Days

I’m participating in this initiative and supporting Rivina Foundation, an international organization founded by human rights activist and lawyer Anna Rivina. The foundation helps Russian-speaking women in emigration who find themselves in abusive situations. Today, I'm helping Rivina Foundation raise funds to continue its work in 2025. I am organizing a private group call that will take place on December 13th (Friday) at 6:00 PM UAE time / 5:00 PM Moscow time, and it will last for an hour and a half. Sometimes in life, we need someone to complain to. Anyone who donates will be able to join, vent, and share everything that’s been weighing them down, along with me. The entry fee is a $50 donation, and spots are limited. I’ll be looking forward to seeing you! How to sign up: ⚫️ Submit your application here by December 3rd: [https://lnkd.in/dvrjkRFs)   ⚫️ Receive a message from the foundation’s team   ⚫️ Make your donation   ⚫️ Get the Zoom link for the «venting» session The funds raised will go towards the work of crisis psychologists who consult women, lawyers, and the foundation’s team.
