Herb Nurick, First President of the Board of Directors, said, "I remember it was a rainy day for the House breaking, she cut the ribbon and the sun came out! It was absolutely unbelieveable and so symbolic of what was to come for this House. People come here with problems, but they have smiles. This place will help you smile in a rough situation."
