Rockmount has a solution to hardfacing without chromium! Orion Flux Core is a self-shielded, hardfacing wire with boron carbide. This means no chromium!! With excellent hardness and abrasion resistance, Orion Flux Core is great for mining, quarrying, dirt/sand work, shafts, transport screws, and loader applications. This two-pass max wire can provide hardness of up to 60 RC in the first pass, and up to 65 RC in a second.
