The School of Facilitation is a multi-faceted organisation that supports both individual and associate facilitators, as well as corporates and large brands. Education is our aim, engaging and developmental content is our strategy. We host regular classes, teaching on topics around design, delivery and graphics, to assist our community in consistently bettering their facilitation toolkit. Our quarterly and monthly gatherings are held both online and in person, allowing real life community members to link up and support each other in the real world.

Today I facilitated a workshop I had never done before.....Openings! in particular how to create an opening for a workshop that is inclusive, engaging and purposeful. I used the amazing Butter 🧈 Scenes and Danielle Taschereau Mamers, PhD drew the session! loved it as I got to meet 38 facilitators I had never met before.....

Our last speaker announcement for now 📢 Caroline Boyd will be joining us to talk about life as an associate. Caroline joined us on the podcast, A Facilitator's Journey, back in May where she shared her research into what it is people seek from an associate/training agency relationship, her journey as an associate so far and what training agencies can be doing to cultivate positive working relationships with their associate. Her stories really resonated with many of the listeners.
