One fun thing I've been working on since last year is coming up with new ways to repurpose our case studies. Everyone usually creates them, promotes them with one LinkedIn post, and then leaves them to die on a lonely page on the company’s site. They stay forgotten until someone needs to sell the company or add an example in a blog post. But what if they could be so much more? I conducted about 10 customer calls in Q4 of 2024 and they have served as the foundation of most of our content in 2025. Using the call transcripts + recordings, we 📽 Created four videos highlighting customers successes and uploaded them to YT 📹 Embedded Loom videos of the customer stories on the case study pages ✍ Wrote articles based on recurring themes across the case studies 👩🏫 Used customer processes for the how-to sections in posts on our core topics 📣 Developed carousels, image posts, text posts, video posts, and polls. 👥 Shared how other customers are using our tools with our customer community 🔖 Created pdfs so they were downloadable We did a lot more with them which I will cover in some other posts + my talk at Search Africon next year. If you want the full deets, I linked to an article on WordStream by LocaliQ where I shared my process 👇 Rob Glover thanks for interviewing me and writing such a great piece 🙌🏼
