Kevin Do found Sequoia Real Estate through our Invest Now conference where he was introduced to the team. After that initial meeting, he decided to hang his license with us. Within just three months, we’re thrilled to share that Kevin has closed his first deal with Sequoia Real Estate and officially launched his business, celebrating with family and friends! With goals of wholesaling and flipping properties, getting licensed felt like the natural next step for Kevin to open more doors and create additional income streams. He’s also an active member of the Springboard to Wealth initiative, founded by Thach Nguyen, where members connect, collaborate, and grow in real estate through monthly meetings. Originally from the Bay Area, Zach Proto entry into real estate was inspired in 2014 after observing friends purchasing affordable properties in Chico, which motivated him to explore the opportunities in the area. Driven by the low prices and potential, Zach invested in a rental property, ultimately purchasing a four-plex in Paradise as his first real estate venture. While continuing his investment ventures and working with different agents, Zach obtained his real estate license to represent himself. Before transitioning into real estate, Zach built a strong foundation in healthcare, earning his nursing degree from Chico State and completing an accelerated nursing program on the East Coast.
