From flexible chemical production to advancements in steel manufacturing, this session explored practical and scalable solutions to address energy challenges. ✨ The 18th SET Plan Conference “Scaling up Research, Innovation and Competitiveness in Clean Energy Technologies” starts today! Organised under the patronage of the Hungarian Presidency of the Council of the EU in cooperation with the European Commission, the SET Plan Conference is an annual high-level conference bringing together the European Commission, Member States representatives, European Technology and Innovation Platforms (ETIPs) and Implementation Working Groups (IWGs), important industry and research stakeholders 🛠️🌱⚡️ The overarching theme of this year will focus on how to close the innovation gap boosting European competitiveness while continuing to the decarbonise the European economy.
