Who do you know that shines with 𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗚𝗥𝗜𝗧𝗬? Give them a shout out and acknowledge them for their leadership! A leader with integrity operates ethically, follows through on commitments, and is fair, trustworthy, and consistent. People want to be led by someone who shows compassion and tells the truth. Someone they can relate to and trust. Imagine how you would feel if your culture operated and made decisions based on Doing the Right Thing. One of my client's core values is “Do the Right Thing.” It attracted me to his organization. He stands firm in upholding this moral principle and has established incredible loyalty from his customers and team. Shout out to @Ray Higdon who always leads with Integrity and has a built culture that embraces Doing the Right Thing! \#transparentleadership \#dotherightthing

How’s your thinking? Do you have stinking thinking? What are you doing to evaluate how you show up as a leader daily in all areas of your life? How's your financial health? How is your physical health? How's your spiritual health? Family health? Do you have awareness in all of these areas in your life? It seems like a lot to think about. Still, if you wrote the following questions on a sticky pad in your notebook or keyed them into your calendar invite as a daily reminder, you can be mindful of all the areas in your life that impact your thinking and well-being. Mindfulness is the first step to greatness. Be conscious at the beginning of every day. #checkyoself #transparentleadership #leadership

I wrote my book "Transparency in Leadership for Women Who Mean Business" because I got tired of seeing companies fall apart or experience stagnant growth because leaders weren't doing the right thing and focusing on setting their team up for success. I am a business owner, business coach, and former franchise executive, passionate about scaling businesses through people. I have helped companies increase their revenue by 46% and profit by 61% by helping leaders level up and coaching high performers to find their moral compass, lead with a big heart, and develop a solid conviction to do the right thing. I’ve worked with many companies worldwide, from brand-new start-ups and small to medium-sized businesses to nonprofit organizations, government agencies, and large multinationals. I’ve coached over one thousand entrepreneurs, CEOs, executives, and their teams, some who were great leaders and others who were terrible. I have had the opportunity to observe what it takes to become someone that others want to follow. My friends and colleagues describe me as driven, fun, intelligent, and loyal. Looking back now, I can see where those seeds were planted when I was growing up. I was a Navy brat and was surrounded by high achievers. I had role models such as Admirals and Captains who were driven, in command, and loyal to God, country, and family. They had a high level of integrity and a tremendous amount of responsibility. My mom was a nurse who devoted her entire life to the church, putting God first and caring for others. Her loyalty to faith and family never wavered, nor has her strength to lead our family and adapt to ever-changing circumstances and adversity throughout our military life. My parents taught me to embrace change by moving to new countries or cities with my eyes open, ready to learn and immerse myself in the following new adventure. We met many new friends and had unique experiences, and with their guidance, I learned to be curious. They also taught me how to have fun. They were outgoing and always had a lot of friends. They were all about the people and were admirable servant leaders. #militaryfamily #transparentleadershi

𝗔𝗖𝗖𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗧𝗔𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗬: Have you noticed that when someone points a finger at someone else, more fingers point back at them? Try it. This is not a coincidence. The best leaders understand their strengths and their shortsightedness. They also admit where they fall short and work on improving their behaviors and up-leveling their skills. #womeninbusness #transparentleadership
