With the deadline for a potential port strike looming, the International Longshoremen’s Association (ILA) and the United States Maritime Alliance (USMX) have announced they’ll resume negotiations on January 7, 2025. This critical meeting comes just days before the current contract extension expires on January 15, 2025.
