In 2024, the Shoulder to Shoulder Foundation (S2S) issued nearly $100,000 in grants, helping over 50 families in profound ways. Here are just a few examples of how your contributions have made a difference: - Covered rent to prevent eviction - Purchased a mobile chair to restore independence - Assisted with car payments to ensure reliable transportation to work 2025 promises to be another year of growth and impact as we find new ways to serve the most vulnerable among us.
