Maria and Rich Gold consider Sibley their community hospital, having relied on its services for years. Their daughter Sofia recently had a positive experience delivering her fourth child there. Rich, who grew up in Jackson Heights, Queens, was inspired by his father's dedication as an obstetrician/gynecologist to stay in the community and provide care despite many doctors leaving. This dedication, along with Sofia's experience, motivated Maria and Rich to donate to Sibley to expand access to maternal health care, especially for those in need. They emphasize the importance of ensuring everyone has access to expert and compassionate care.
