Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) is more than just aircraft— it’s an ecosystem of interconnected players working together to enable safe, efficient, and scalable air travel. As a Third-Party Service Provider (TSP), SkyGrid works with airspace data providers, physical infrastructure, flight operators, and air traffic management to help safely operate AAM aircraft in the National Airspace System (NAS). ☁️ Check out our latest blog post where we break down the AAM ecosystem and how TSPs like us enable seamless integration of AAM. 🔗 https://hubs.la/Q02YXB5X0 #SkyGrid #AAM #TSP #AutonomousFlight

How will autonomous air taxis fly when there's no pilot on board? 🤔 As a Third-Party Service Provider (TSP), SkyGrid's ground-based system bridges the gap. From coordinating air traffic to providing weather reports, TSPs give remote pilots and aircraft operators eyes in the sky, even when they aren't physically in the aircraft. Check out the new blog post in our TSP 101 series, where we explain why TSPs are a crucial component to enabling autonomy in Advanced Air Mobility (AAM). 🔗 https://hubs.ly/Q02W-3160 #SkyGrid #AAM #TSP #AutonomousFlight

SkyGrid is proud to support Wisk and the Federal Aviation Administration‘s William J. Hughes Technical Center in leading research for the seamless integration of remotely supervised flight into the #NAS. As a Third-Party Service Provider (TSP), we’re contributing to innovative work by enabling seamless data flow for Wisk’s simulation activities, assessing how remotely supervised eVTOL aircraft like Wisk’s Generation 6 can safely operate under current IFR alongside air traffic control. This partnership brings us one step closer to a future where autonomous flight becomes an everyday reality. Together, we’re developing potential solutions for safe, efficient, and innovative airspace integration. #SkyGrid #Wisk #FAA #TSP #AAM
🚁✨ Wisk and the Federal Aviation Administration’s William J. Hughes Technical Center for Advanced Aerospace are thrilled to announce a joint research initiative focused on safely integrating #AAM operations in the National Airspace System (NAS)! Specifically, we're evaluating remotely supervised #eVTOL aircraft operations, a big step forward in the future of aviation. Building on our close collaboration with the FAA and the invaluable work of our partners at SkyGrid as Third Party Service Providers (TSPs), this research will help us assess how remotely supervised aircraft, including our Generation 6, can safely operate under current instrument flight rules (IFR) alongside air traffic control in an advanced simulation environment. In partnership with the FAA Tech Center, we’re utilizing leading-edge airspace simulation capabilities to conduct pilot-in-the-loop and controller-in-the-loop testing. This research supports potential solutions for safe integration of #AAM operations in the NAS, unlocking new opportunities for safety and efficiency for all airspace users. 🌎 This is one more example of Wisk’s dedication to advancing safe, everyday flight for everyone through innovative research partnerships! #Partnership | #NAS | #Research | #FAA
