SocialTech Lab is dedicated to building, launching, and scaling the next wave of peacetech innovations to shape a more peaceful and prosperous future in fragile contexts across the globe.
SocialTech Lab works at the intersection of technology, entrepreneurship, and peacebuilding to bridge divides, empower local change-makers, solve social & environmental challenges, and cultivate resilient ecosystems in regions affected by instability or conflict.
Through its platforms, SocialTech Lab provides transformative digital tools and live programs (e.g., CyprusInno), as well as physical resources (e.g., The Base by CyprusInno) that enable local entrepreneurs to thrive, driving economic growth and social progress in even the most challenging environments.
Our 7-year track record has garnered a 5000+ community, 50+ programs (accelerators, venture builders, hackathons, etc.), and 10+ digital startup tools. Our work has been recognized by the UN Youth Envoy, the Obama Foundation, Yunus & Youth (Supported by Nobel Peace Prize winner Muhammad Yunus), UNDP, Microsoft, The Commonwealth, and other gov. organizations including Embassies, High Commissions, State Departments, and Foreign Ministries.
