Over the next couple of weeks, they’ll be embarking on the opening journey of our newest hotel. Orientation is one of my favorite parts of leadership. It’s the first impression we give, reassuring our new team members that they made the right choice in joining us. Today, we heard words like happy, excited, nervous, and anxious. By the end of the day, those nerves transformed into laughter, volunteering, and a sense of camaraderie.
