The 2,000-square-foot store’s interior reflects Liebeskind’s signature industrial chic esthetic. Designed by the brand’s in-house architectural team in Germany, with support from L2 Studios, Inc, the store features exposed ceilings, a manufactured wood planks floor and concrete-finish and metal display fixtures manufactured in Germany. https://lnkd.in/eEMPdrDd

Athletic Business magazine: Stalco completes a $7.2 million renovation of the Borough of Manhattan Community College’s (BMCC’s) aquatics center, including the 220,000-gallon pool, a new steampipe system and structural concrete reinforcements. Stalco owners co-founded Contractors for Kids in 2005. Our firm and employees have volunteered and financially supported the non-profit organization ever since, focusing on financially aiding families of seriously ill children. Our crew recently participated in the annual Contractors For Kids Top Golf charity event.

Stalco took part in the recent revitalization of the popular Battery Park area in Manhattan by building several public use projects. On one of them was the new Asphalt Green Battery Park City community center and gym, which has received a lot of media coverage, including in New York Post.

The $24M renovation and expansion of the Lincoln Medical Center Emergency Room in the Bronx, NY was one of Stalco's major healthcare projects in New York City. This level 1 trauma center is the fifth-busiest emergency department in the United States. The emergency department increased to 57,095 square feet, and the number of treatment bays doubled from 53 to 106. The project team also included architect Perkins Eastman; construction manager Hunter Roberts Construction Group; structural engineer GACE Consulting Engineers DPC; MEP engineer Kallen & Lemelson, Consulting Engineers, LLP; geotechnical engineer Pillori Associates, PA; and landscape designer RGR Landscape Architecture.
