This week we saw nine deals happening throughout the buildings and infrastructure sector. Below are three we highlighted for sharing. German startup IonKraft, a spin-off of RWTH Aachen University and developer of replaceable plasma-based barrier coatings, closed a first equity financing round of €3.5 million, co-led by M Ventures , the strategic investment fund of Merck Group, TVF | TechVision Fonds and HTGF | High-Tech Gründerfonds.   Ecolectro, a green hydrogen technology company, closed $10.5 million Series A funding round, led by Toyota Ventures with participation from Starshot Capital, DNX Ventures, Energy Revolution Ventures, New Climate Ventures, Banco Popular Impact Fund, and Techstars, among others.   Access control infrastructure startup SwiftConnect closed a $37 million Series B round, lef by Quadri Ventures, with participation from new investors @HID (part of ASSA ABLOY Group), Egis Capital Partners, and Klingenstein Fields Advisors. Returning investors include Crow Holdings, JLL Spark, Navitas Capital, Tanzola Corp., and Spring Rock Capital.
