Exciting news from our client, Bismark Granules! IKO North America, a global leader in roofing and waterproofing products, has announced plans to open a new granule facility in Bismarck, Missouri, investing over $120 million. This facility will supply granules to IKO’s shingle plants across the U.S. and create more than 50 new jobs! At Steadfast City, we’ve been proud to support Bismarck Granules with navigating Missouri’s incentive programs and ensuring compliance with all requirements and milestones. It’s been an honor to assist in documenting the parameters for compliance and help make this major project a reality. City Of Youngstown has exciting updates regarding the redevelopment project for 20 Federal Place. Currently, the City and Steadfast City are collaborating with a Dallas-based development firm, Bluelofts, to advance the project to the next phase. Bluelofts has proposed a $62 million mixed-use development featuring student housing, multifamily housing (including workforce housing units), e-commerce warehouse space for local small businesses, medical suites, and retail space. With Steadfast City’s comprehensive approach to real estate, planning, and economic development, the team continues to provide ongoing services to ensure the success of this redevelopment project.
