Rain, rain, SMPS Research Triangle went to play...at Dorothea Dix's new Gipson Play Plaza!! Built originally in 1850, it was fascinating to hear how project leaders are working to transform every detail of the 18-acre park into one of the most beautiful destination parks in the Southeast!
