Desperate to tell him what presents you want. 🎁 This year, Story Spark is bringing back that magic with a free 'Write Your Letter to Santa' service. You write the letter, we'll whisk it off to Santa and he'll reply with a personalised response that you can share with the family. 🎅 The letters will be saved in your Story Spark profile for you to treasure for years to come. The impact of reading for pleasure on educational attainment, life outcomes, health and social development are well established. Yet still we are failing so many children. At Story Spark we are proud to be supporting thousands of families in the UK to read, many of them boys. We know how powerful personalised stories & gamified experiences can be at winning a child's attention. Particularly for boys, being able to read about what they want is massive. From football, nature, space, whatever will grip their attention. You need to foster this love for reading from the earliest age. We are meeting with MP's and the Department for Education to push this message. Not just for boys, but all children, including those with neurodivergent needs who are disproportionately affected. We have amazing technology and creative solutions available to us from UK ed-techs which are highly scalable and low cost. Our goal is to eradicate child illiteracy through the power of reading for pleasure. It's a goal bigger than just Story Spark, but its a mission we are absolutely committed to.
