It's not the planes we work on, the parts we sell, or the positions we fill..... it's the people that make STS Aviation Group so special.  This week, over 250 STS employees and their family members, (from 12 different countries) gathered to celebrate the holiday season and a remarkable year. From volunteering at United Way of Martin County to engaging in team-building activities, the global STS teams came together, setting a strong foundation for the future. In a special recognition of our core PRIDE values, employees were awarded gold PRIDE coins for exemplifying Professionalism, Respect, Integrity, Dependability and Enthusiasm. Additionally, we presented 30 BREITLING watches to those marking their decade-long journey with STS Component Solutions, STS Air-Pro, STS Aviation Services, and STS Technical Services. This past week was filled with collaboration, teamwork, and joy, setting the stage for an incredible 2025 ahead! #teamwork #collaboration #fun #PRIDE

Last night, STS Aviation Group gathered in South East #Florida for our annual holiday party, a celebration of camaraderie, dedication, and team spirit. This year’s event was particularly special as we honored the incredible milestones achieved by several members of our STS family. TJ Scott, Vice President of Operations for STS Technical Services, was recognized for an astounding 35 years of service, while Sarah Gratton (Galbicka), C-DER, Director of Compliance and Senior HR Manager, was celebrated for her remarkable 20-year tenure. We also had the privilege of acknowledging team members from STS Component Solutions and STS Air-Pro who have surpassed 10 years of dedicated service to the company. It’s moments like these that remind us how lucky we are to have such an exceptional team. These milestones are a testament to the talent, passion, and commitment that drive our success. To everyone who attended, and to those who continue to make STS Aviation Group an extraordinary place to work, thank you for being part of this journey.
