Educative. Transformative. Paradigm-Shifting. When we asked participants to describe their experiences in one word, the responses spoke volumes: Connection. Love. Diversity. Liberation. From feeling welcome and grateful to embracing the revolutionary and enlightening, these words reflect the profound impact of shared learning and growth. At Survivor Alliance, we are humbled to create spaces where people feel alive, helped, and empowered—even when the experience feels "too short." Together, we’re building a movement that’s as fascinating as it is transformative. Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey. Let’s keep going! #SurvivorLeadership #CommunityConnection #TransformativeChange #Gratitude #WorldCongress2024 #PowerOfTheCollective #SurvivorAlliance #SurvivorsLead #SurvivorLed #Impact

  • As we continue to gather feedback and read comments post-World Congress, we are deeply honored by participants' reflections on the event. "This was one of the most well done events I have ever attended. All the attention to detail to make sure participants felt comfortable and well equipped to manage different situations that could arise was sincerely impressive. Having counselors available, thinking through travel and safety tips, providing all of the resources that Survivor Alliance made available to all participants was incredibly well organized. My organization took away a great deal of learning not only from speakers, presenters, and facilitators but also from all the organizational effort that Survivor Alliance took care with." ~ World Congress Participant Our goal was to create an environment where every participant felt supported and empowered to engage fully. Hearing that attendees left inspired by both the content and the care behind the event reminds us why the World Congress is so important. Continuing to raise the bar for inclusivity and accessibility in the movement is a top priority for us. At the same time, we remain committed to improving our own standards of care, inspired by the ideas and feedback shared by participants like you. So, thank you—keep those ideas coming! Together, we’ll continue to shape the future of this movement. #WorldCongress2024 #SurvivorAlliance #PowerOfTheCollective #TraumaInformedLeadership #SurvivorLeadership #CommunityConnection #TransformativeChange #Gratitude #WorldCongress2024 #PowerOfTheCollective #SurvivorAlliance #SurvivorsLead #SurvivorLed #Impact
